This is my situation one Laptop and 2 product key

I have a laptop that has two product key, the 1st one is old and its a window 7 home prem. and the 2nd one is window 7 professional.. The 1st product key is from the time that i have experience a dead hard drive so i bought a new hard drive and bought a new OS and that will be the 2nd product key..

the question is: Is there a way to retrieve or transfer my 1st product key to another laptop or desktop? and the 2nd one will remain untouched in my Laptop?

If you have the printed CoA or other record of the Product Key for the old system and that system is not in use on any PC, you can install an equivalent system - Home Premium - or another machine. If the hard disk is so dea you can't retrieve the key, you're out of luck.

Home Preium will offer you the upgrade to Windows 10 so it will be worth trying.
