A few things, I'd lose the CX PSU, they are made with weak caps and considered entry level. in that price range I'd look at the Asus Z97-A mobo or their Pro Gamer (I won't touch MSI mobos for client builds due to their poor QC, and if it fits in the budget get the K model CPU, it will be like having a free CPU upgrade already in hand
