This is so frustrating why when in dmz goes to moderate

my dilemma is I assigned all of my consoles and pc a static ip now when I put my xbox in the dmz which would normally open the nat and it does it goes to moderate when other consoles or pc and programs call for their own ports for example skype. skype will pull ports it needs and port forward them but when it does this my nat goes from open to moderate. How would i stop it from going to moderate it makes my xbox unplayable. I have fios actiontec mi424wr router.

is there way to disable the auto forwarding or will turning the firewall security from medium to most protection stop this and if its at max ill just need to port forward everything manually
