This is the status of my HDD: what should I do? [crystalDiskInfo]

So I used CrystalDiskInfo and this is the status of my second HDD:

I backed up the most important files, but is there anything more I can do for improve my HDD? Any analysis, test or tool I should use? Thanks in advance.

- Short generic:

Should I repair problem sectors with SeaTools for DOS? I'm not sure if it will do something good to the HDD...
