So i have a toshiba laptop (i7-3630QM,7610m,6g ram),its 3 years old,my cpu temp used to reach 104c while playing gta v(100% cpu usage),so I decided to clean it for the first time(There were alot of dust)and changed the fan.Now I'm playing a game which doesn't use the cpu 100% and the cpu temp is reahing 103c!!!!!!!fan's max speed is 86%(always been like that). My gpu is overclocked, tho doesnt go past 77c(While cpu is 100c+).I have repasted the cpu also. What could be the problem guys?please help me.

P.S:I took it to a professional to clean it+repaste+fan replacement.

Sue the proffesional!

I'm just kidding, some people that call themselves "professional" sometime's arent. Call the professional up and talk about it, if that doesn't help you can send it to customer service.

Well, your professional could have done a crap job cleaning the old thermal paste, they could have not re-attached the heatsink properly, they also may have used crappy thermal paste. On some machines the heatsink is one unit that covers both GPU and CPU so if its not attached properly that might be why you are seeing higher temps now. Have whoever serviced it check everything again, or do it yourself. Thermal paste and fans are dirt cheap and there are so many take apart guides on the internet.
