This is what I have on my Graphics card

ATI Radeon Hd 4300/4500 Series

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)

I am wondering why this error is popping up and what I can do to fix this.

You can try a reinstall of the drivers. Be sure to uninstall the old ones first.
I would also take the card out and make sure the air vent/heatsink isn't clogged with dust.
