I have a samsung laptop and the keyboard does not have a "prt scrn" button. it is on the insert key. below the insert in white. and is light blue.

To use all the light blue buttons you have to find your 'Fn' key.

It's most likely in the bottom left region of your keyboard.

Press and hold it, then press the key with light blue command you want.
Just like you would with Cntrl + C , Cntrl + V

There you go, you can now probably use any 'light blue' command your keyboard offers.
