This messages appear everytime i boot up my pc

I have an ASUS P8Z77 V LE motherboard and everytime i boot my pc these messages appear.

Open Task scheduler and expand the "Task Scheduler Library". Open Asus and select the " i-setup" task or i-whatever and delete that task. Restart the computer.
