This motherboard any good?

So just a quick question of this mobo is any good for gaming (No overclocking) :

Gigabyte B85M-HD3 (rev 2.0)

Or should I go with the asrock h97 ann = more expensive, so cheaper would be great.

If it's not a good one, can you please tell me which one I should pick.

It will run fine on a NEW (made in the last year or so) B85 motherboard, with the latest BIOS.
