This motherboard has a heatsink?

Hey guys. Some quick questions: Are the Heatsink 1 and 2 chips on a z170 pro gaming for the cpu? And also, would my old 4670k heatsink suffice a 6600k if you guys suggest I need one? I'm just unsure what the motherboard things are because I've never encountered them before

Oh sorry, It's the OEM one from my old 4670K

Yeah that should suffice as long as you don't overclock a good amount. Make sure to replace the thermal paste, too.
