I wanted to ask you if this ram is compatible with this motherboard?

Probably, can you check there website for compatability?
But being its CL19 there's no way I would recommend getting it.

I already checked on the manufacturer's page, but this memory is not in the list of compatible memories. I have another motherboard which I bought a ram that was not in the compatible list and it worked, I imagined it would be the same with this one, so I asked. I saw some videos about the CL19, although I did not understand very well, is it slower?

compatibility is there for a reason.

Those are supported speeds, not the actual supported memory dimms.
When you get ram on the motherboards compatibility site or the makers of the ram site then you pretty much guarantee it will work. When you buy ram that hasn't been verified to work then you're flipping a coin. Usually you can get it to work but sometimes not.

I'm not saying your memory wont work, but we also can't say its compatible because no one has actually tested it.

As for that ram, the high Cl 19 of yours effectively makes it roughly equal to 2000Mhz ram with a CL14 .
If you can, try to get cl14 or 15. If you're planning on gaming on this PC, ram timings are important.
