Question this normal ryzen 5 3600xt + rtx 2060 super screen freeze for a few milliseconds on warzone

Hello everyone, i have this problem where my warzone game will just freeze for a moment like a few milliseconds then it will be normal again. but it is so annoying during a gun fun and a sudden screen freeze. anybody knows why?
my system specs.
cpu amd ryzen 5 3600xt
gpu msi 2060 super ventus 8gb oc
ram 2x 8gb 3600mhz royal
motherboard asrock Taichi x570
cpu cooler arctic freezer II 360 aio
psu corsair rm850
+ monitor benq ex2780q 1440p 144hz

I would also like to add my temps are around 70-74 if im playing warzone is that normal for my aio?
