Actually it was mentioned in here as part of someone's thread. One of the main reason's I didn't post anything about it when [H], the Inquirer and XbitLabs reported it last week.
But for those of you not familiar with the situation, it's not that they are leaving the GPOU market, they are simply trying to move to other markets that have more potential. IT wouldn't surprise me if they expect far more of their money to come from chipsets and such. The thing is that their reputation come from the GPU side of things. And with the problems with the nForce3 chipset they may be pulling out too soon. If their nForce3 crashes out, and then their GPUs crash out, they may be in serious trouble. I think this kind of announcement was inevitable, but I would wait until the transition is almost a sure thing, not simply hope.
