Is this Gpu better than the Gtx960 and will my 600watt psu run it?
My psu is the cx600M also

Well, they both perform about the same but the gtx 960 consumes about half as many watts, runs cooler and is quieter, so I would go for the gtx 960. cx 600 should be able to power either one.

A 600watt cant run either and for the price/performance I would suggest the 280x. But if it was me I would get a 280.

Don't get the cx600.. There are much better power supplies for the price. Stay away from the CX series, especially for a gaming PC.

R9 280x for performance. Gtx 960 for its power efficiency.

it's not a good psu but it can run a gtx 960 without problems.

Of course it can. It doesn't require much to run the 960.

Just built a gaming pc and cx600m doesn't power the msi gtx 960. Although a 520 thermaltake did, so either cx600m is faulty or not compatible. The cx600m did however power my 550 gpu.
