My main concern is the PSU. Really not sure which one to go with in terms of watts. And any other improvements I can make?

just go to https://pcpartpicker.com/builds/. you filter them by budget and parts. or you can start your own build in the site. it helped me alot on current build trends (meaning the parts everyone goes for these days lol)
