This PC build. Will it work?

Hello all, I know you may get this question a lot but I would like to know if my build would run a game like Skyrim or Witcher 3 at low, medium, or high settings and if it's a good build. I'm not planning on overclocking. Thanks in advance.

Asrock H97 Anniversary ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2x4 GB) DDR3-1600 memory
Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard drive
MSI GeForce GTX 960 2GB Video Card
Corsair 200R ATX Mid tower case
Rosewill capstone 550w 80+ gold certified ATX power supply

Since you are not planning on overclocking, don't get the i5 4690K. The "K" means it can overclock. Stick with the i5 4690. Also, get a better quality power supply. Otherwise, this build is solid and can run any game at 1080p on medium to high settings with at least 60 FPS.
