This PC Can't run windows 10

Basically my pc technically can run it (Won't go into detail), but for some reason it's telling me my R9 380 is the problem which makes no sense?

I'll use this guys picture as it's the exact same error

Any tips on what to do? what to try?

It's wrong.
You can, it's just your video card is so new Windows 10 isn't caught up with it, but AMD has a windows 10 driver you can use.
You can still install windows 10 without worry.
Maybe just uninstall your graphics driver first and use the basic windows graphics driver and after the upgrade download the proper windows 10 driver.
