Trying to upgrade to Windows 11 here but im currently at a loss on what to do here

It's probably just a Windows bug displaying the error message and your PC likely is compatible.

... which suggests you can still upgrade.

Make sure your have the minimum requirements and if so, only then consider upgrading using one of the methods mentioned in the article.

Edit: A backup is always a good idea first.
