Hi!
I wanted to know my BIOS version, so I opened EVEREST and clicked on Check for BIOS update. EVEREST recommend to me this program BIOSAgent(http://biosagentplus.com/). I downloaded and immediately after I ran it, the program started scaning the drivers of my PC.
But it freezed my PC, mouse, and numlock with no responses. Still, I waited about 30mins, and nothing.
So I turned of my PC, and when I tried to power on the PC, it was not working, the motherboard and the fans, turned on, but the screens continued with no signal warn.
So I unplugged my Graphic card and conected the LCD on the onboard vga. The PC worked just fine.
But when i connect my graphic card again, PC doest work.
What's happening? Is my Graphic Card dead? Can it be fixed? I don't want to buy another one, I was happy with mine. Can a Graphic Card "die" just because of this?
Can you help me please? Thanks for your time.
My PC specs:
VSCOM AV6MX
Athlon X2 5400 2.8Ghz
2GB Markvision
Sapphire X800GTO 256mb/256bts
