You don't need a PSU quite this powerful, and you can get better quality for the same price.
Consider the Seasonic X1050 as an alternative.

IMHO, Superflower has been shown to be one of the very few companies (Delta is another, and maybe Flextronics) able to compete with Seasonic on quality. Still, unless you're planning to add a third graphics card, I agree that you won't need 1300W, and the Seasonic X1050 would be a great choice too.

i have at the end decided to go for the rosewill. it s $20 more, but for 250 more watts and at largely the same quality, i think it's the better choice. Especially as i am taking future-proofing into accout
