This PSU is enough for my RIG? COrsair TX 750w

Coolermaster GTS V8 air cooler
ASUS STRIX gtx 970 SLI
2x8gb TRIDENT X 2400mhz
ssd kingston 120gb
wdc 640gb
BenqGsync monitor 1080 144hz
diablo headset with lighting
razer anansi keyboard with lighting
razer naga mouse with lighting
speakers 5.1


so TX 750 w is enough?or I need more

You should be fine depending on if you overclock both cards and your CPU. I use this tool to calculate my wattage, I have a 4790k OC'd and SLI 970's OC'd and I sit about 742 Watts at max so if you aren't overclocking and it doesn't look like you have a AIO water cooler either, you should be good.

The TX750 is fine for that system. That unit is getting a bit old though. They made it in several variants for years. I had one I retired after 7 years and that was over 2 years ago. If the unit has been in use for 5+ years I'd use it and start thinking about replacing it. If it just came out of a box then don't worry about it. If its been used for 7 or 8 years get a new one.

Use our tier list. It will depend on where you are and where you buy from as to what units are available to you but this list is a very good general guide. The TX750 was tier 2 before it was discontinued and dropped form the list. Any tier 1 or 2 unit will serve you well.
