It is pretty slow actually but Patriot is generally good RAM. Cas 9-9-9-24 is slow even for DDR3 1600 much less DDR3 1333 but unless you are building a gaming machine then it will be fine.

Not really noticeable in day to day use. If you were building a gaming machine you would want every FPS you can get and then I would recommend DDR3 1600 or faster with a cas in the 7-8-7-24 range ( GSkill kit that has been the best "bang for your buck" for a while now ). The faster RAM seems to run about $30 or more than the Patriot on ncix website though...here in the US it is actually in the $90 range but for the price the Patriot is a great deal.
