These two are almost identical, but i was wondering which of the two you guys would go with?

Hi: what ever you choose, Be sure to test your memory within 30 days to
avoid hassles with OCZ customer support
Because their OCZ Customer support not good
PS:the OCZ Gold looks good

It is good to check your motherboard memory compatibility before you ever buying one. Before I usually do that because branded RAM are cool only to find out its not compatible. I have tried OCZ Intel Extreme Edition on my GA-X58A-UD3R with no problem but personally I like G.Skill.
