I want to play ac4,ac3,bf4,bf3,splintercell blacklist, like games on mid-high settingd 1366×768 res, how many fps should i get on this setup and these settings

Maybe but definitely not well. The graphics card seems like the only pretty current piece of hardware. If you had to update only two parts in that setup I'd upgrade the RAM and CPU assuming the Mobo supports at least 1600mhz RAM (easy to check) and a better CPU.

To clarify, I don't think you'd be able to play something especially BF games or SC Blacklist at mid-high. Maybe mid and that'd be with a lame framerate if you ask me.
