"This site can’t provide a secure connection" when attempting to connect to YouTube

Hi,

When I try and connect to YouTube I receive this error message:

ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

This is the only website that I am having this problem with so far, but it is extremely annoying. I have tried disabling my anti-virus and firewall to no avail as well as resetting my Chrome settings.

This problem has only started occurring in the last two days and there have been no system updates that I have been aware of.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance!

The most common cause is the time/date wrong on your machine.

My date and time settings are both correct :/
