My first thought is that is either the integrated graphics....or the graphics card acting up.

Well....if you only have integrated graphics.....that won't work.....but if you have a graphics card....I would think you would have had them disabled already.

i also have a vga monitor that is connected to the gpu by an adaptor , vga to display port .

So you DO have a GPU.

I would suspect there is a problem with the GPU.....which might be better and cheaper for you depending on what you have.

the thing is, i sent it to warranty, they said there is no problem with it, i tried downclocking it, the same thing happens.

no, i downclocked it from the default values, it didn't work in the first place.

I really don't have a clue as to what ELSE would cause this BESIDES the graphics card.

I can't imagine any other software doing it....although try updating to the latest driver if you haven't already.

I can't imagine the CPU doing it, or the MB doing it, or the memory doing it or the HDDs or SSDs doing it...or the PSU doing it.

There's not much left.

i'm going to try to send the video to the warranty guys, probably they will change my gpu with a new one. or fix it.

i am waiting now to see if they are going to accept to change it with a new one, i told them it was like that from when i bought it.
