Question "This utility is not for this platform!" Issues with AsRock Polychrome utility.

Hello helpful people of the internet, lately I've been having some trouble getting my AsRock Polychrome to run on my computer. I'm using an AsRock B450-Pro Motherboard and coolermaster fans, i forget the model but one of the older ones. Anyways, every time I attempt to open the RGB utility, the little "detecting rgb controller" window pops up, then after about 5-10 seconds of that, the window closes and i get an Error code: 0xFFFB along with a message that says "This utility is not for this platform!" It's really quite annoying and ruining the aesthetic of my setup. (Yes I'm one of those.) Please Help!!!!

If you see the ASRock Polychrome SYNC logo, it means that the device can be synchronized with ASRock motherboard, or even other devices that support ASRock Polychrome SYNC.

I already have the utility installed, the issue is that it will not work.
