What IP address are you using?
There are four possibities after a reset:
www.routerlogin.net
www.routerlogin.com
http://192.168.0.1
http://192.168.1.1
Do you have the User Manual? If not, here is a link to what I found on Netgear's website.

Should match your router but, if not, just find the correct manual.
The manual will help you check/verify the physical connectivity needed plus help you reconfig the router for your network.
