The specs seem a little hard to believe. But, if they are legit then this clearly comes out to be one of the best fans I've ever seen. Even if it's $30.

Old news. Yes Noctua has a black fans with brown grommets. They run at faster rpms but with ULNA it can be reduced.
Was released around June 2014.
