I thought i need to shell out 50k to 70k indian rupees to build a good gaming pc then on quora i saw an answer in which xeon x3470 was suggested which is a 10 year old processor. I searched it's performance on youtube and it's able to most modern games with ultra fps. So can i build a gaming pc which will run most modern 2019 AAA games with 60+ fps by using this 10 year old intel xeon x3470 processor? and am i going wrong and how does it hold up even after 10 years playing most games. Thanks in advance. And sorry for the long question.

Completely depends on the game and resolution. Some games are almost fully GPU-bound which means that the CPU may not make a huge difference. But in other games yes, I'm sure a 10-year-old Xeon with low clocks will bottleneck games to below 60 FPS.
