Just throwing this out in the hope that anyone can help.
I have a Thomson UK Hero10 2in1, the problem I have is that I had a major Windows crash and tried to reinstall from the EFI partition after exhausting all repair options but to no avail.
The only way to get it up and running was to reinstall Windows 10 from scratch.
Here is where the problem comes, I have updated all of the drivers to the latest but I am stumped by the touchscreen.
I can't see anything in device manager that denotes the touchscreen so I am at a loss.
I now basically have a 2in1 tablet/netbook that only functions as a netbook with a removable display.

Hopefully you guys can give me a clue as to what I'm missing or where I can find a driver because Thomsons after sales support is totally non existent.

Touchscreens are normally attached via the internal usb interface, check your usb drivers are up to date.

Found the drivers but still no touchscreen input..
Anyone considering buying a Thomson device should seriously steer clear.
Their website is below basic and they have absolutely no after sales support. All support links on the site are just images not active links.
