hello guys. so ive bought this keybord genesis 210 rgb nd ive downlod the softwre to it nd i shut off the leds from the softwre now they wont turn on nd i dont know how i cn reset it. cn somebody help me pls?

Try connecting the keyboard to another (donor)system and install the application that manages your lights, to see if you can enable them again...? If you set the RGB to black on all channels, then maybe set them to another color.
