Question Those of you with a x570 mobo --- are you worried about the chipset fan?

About the chipset fan? I hear that this fan can be loud and is quite prone to failures. A lot of times this failure is undetected and the chipset overheats and gets damaged. Are you worried about this? If not, why not? This fan has kept me from the x570 boards.
