Those with e6700's - how far have you OC'd on air?

And how did you do it. I see lots of OC guides, but haven't found one for the e6700, only the e6600. My specs are below.

I used one in my last build and got it to 3.6 in about 10 minutes. Most of those guides you see on the E6600 are applicable to the 6700 as well.
