My XFX RX 5700's fans started making a pretty awful grinding noise several months ago. I lived with it for a while, since it usually only occurred occasionally at higher RPMs
Finally, I messaged XFX about the issue and they sent me a new set of fans and shroud. I installed them today, and to my dismay, these were louder than my previous fans. Here's what it sounds like

I figured out that if I pinch the shroud together near the exhaust, the noise goes away. I've taken the card out several times today, repasted it, tried to tighten each screw, but to no avail. I'm tired of this <Mod Edit>.
Does anyone else have any ideas?
