Thoughts About Build?

Here is the link to the components I'll be purchasing.

I'm looking to make sort of a themed build as shown.

I don't plan to purchase all components as I'll be migrating over things such as power supply and drives from my current PC.

Looking for thoughts about each part, maybe some suggestions on other things.

Trying not to spend a terribly large amount as well, just time for an upgrade.

Would it be worth it to upgrade to the ASUS Dual GTX 1070 for the $150 increase in price?

I guess the bigger question: As it's hard to stomach an extra $150, is the performance difference that great?

The 1060 and 1070 give you the best bang for your buck right now. So either way, your getting a good card for the price. Sorry I can't narrow it down enough. :lol:

Haha no it's no problem. I'm an avid PC guy (a week from 21 years old and interning in IT!), and have always tried to reach out to all of the resources I can to make sure others don't say "Hey, this might be a better option!"

depends on what resolution your monitor is: if 1080p then gtx 1060 6GB is plenty; if 1440p or higher then you will want a 1070.
