This is my first build and I am making it for a gaming rig and a Hackintosh.
I will be gaming and making youtube videos. I might try to stream to twitch as well.
With that said I might try to opt for a 6700k instead of the 6600k if i can find a good deal on black friday. But if anyone has any advice or any recommendations I would love to hear. I already have the water cooler and case BTW.

Hear is the list. Also if anyone can suggest a cheap monitor to start out on.

For that money I would def go with Z170 Extreme 4+ , specially considering you will have a good cooler and nice CPU to overclock with!
Now, 480VS1060.. is debatable. Personally I feel like 480 might be a better card in the future, with DX12 titles and also added memory. You can see the newest titles you get better performance already, theres a great deal on newegg for 480 Red Devil at 249$

Well one game I am going to be playing is WOW (I will be playing others as well) but from I heard WoW plays better with NVIDIA than AMD Thats why I chose the 1060. Do you know if thats true or just crap people say? Personally I like AMD and will probably build a AMD setup when the Zen chips come out too. Thank you for the advice.

That setup is solid. To debate AMD v NVIDIA is worthless. You can't go wrong with any item on that list.

As for monitor. Sign up for neweggs newsletter and pick up an asus 23" for $109. If you wan't cheaper, hit walmart on blackfriday. You can grab a no name monitor for less than $80
