I've been looking through many different sites to find the best prices and my grand total is $1510.76 CAD.

I'm reusing my power supply.

I've thought about going for the Carbon AC from msi for an extra $10 but wasn't sure.

For a few dollars 'Canadian' more, like just $20, I would just go the whole hog and get the RX 5700 XT!!!! And be happy ever more....The B450 Tomahawk is actually a good tried and tested motherboard so I see no issues here, just a BIOS update for the 3600...all else is good.

IF you could stretch to the Seasonic Focus Plus Gold 600W at roughly a $110 Canadian, that would be good also but not key..

For getting that 5700xt @20 bucks more you compromised on Motherboard, SSD and PSU.
The b450 boards are facing a lot of issues with the 3rd gen processors with frequent BSODs. The internet and this forum is full of grievances.

I gave him an option, my thoughts and nothing more, others can jump in as they should and give them there thoughts and suggestions...I have had EVGA PSU's and am currently on my second one over a span of 10 years, never had an issue though I am sure all manufacturers suffer some issues. Still it would have been better if you at least suggested another more cost effective choice on a PSU (Oh and I did suggest a better PSU in the Seasonic!) like the NVMe in the HP version. but I stand by my suggestions that with a bit of modifying he can get a 5700XT for a very small increase. There are a fair few choices and nothing wrong with the B450 motherboards that many, many people are using on the Ryzen 3's...Ryzen 3rd gen are suffering teething issues but theses are AMD specific as it is a new CPU arch and will no doubt get better over time, but many people are having issues even across X570 boards...

Trying to be helpful and getting suggestions is the point of the forum...

You can get even a 208ti with that budget with an athlon processor. Point is to give suggestions on best possible parts without compromising quality of the build.
Anyways, I think the OP has plenty of choices to make an informed decision. It might be wise for him to dig a little bit deeper on his own.

So I'll take consideration with hellfire and change the m.2 as it seems the Intel one isn't that good. If I was going for an xt I would go for like the red devil xt or something ~$80 CAD but I've seen enough benchmarks and the difference isn't that much for me to make the purchase. The 5700 will be more than enough for my needs.

I hate the whole motherboard deal. Some people seem to have it working no problem. Others not so much. I hate having to spend so much on a motherboard but my options seem pretty slim. I'll change the m2, probably the psu (was considering but wasn't sure which one to get). So thanks for the suggestion

Unless you are overclocking hard, the stock cooler is sufficient. Ryzen does not have too much room for overclocking anyways. So, try the stock one first. If it does not feel sufficient, then think about something else. Here is a guide for that...
