Hey guys I am thinking to build a gaming pc for me....
GAMING = Watch Dogs, BF4, Far Cry 4, Grid 3, Bioshock Infinite, Crysis 3, The crew, AC Untiy, Call of duty Ghosts and the new next gen games!

OTHER TASKS = I would also be doing 3-7 minutes video rendering, not too heavy as well as adobe after effects and photoshop, not too heavy..

WEB BROWSING/STREAMING VIDEOS = I would definitely be doing web surfing/browsing and I would also be streaming and watching videos in it, on browser I usually have 5 tabs open at a time.

CROSSFIRE/SLI = In the future maybe after 2 years I will crossfire/sli my GPUs to give me better performance in games !.

OVERCLOCKING = maybe after a year I will overclock the parts a little, but for now NO NEED TO ADD AFTERMARKET COOLER !

FPS = It would be really cool if I get FPS above 40 on high-Ultra settings on 1080p.
STORAGE = I would need around 200 - 300 gb storage, no need for 1tb or 2tb storage .

OS = I already have a copy of Windows 8.1 64bit, so no need to add it in the build
KEYBOARD & MICE = I also already have keyboard and mice.

WIFI = I also have a wifi device for PC.

DISPLAY/MONITOR = I already have a monitor.

CASES : I want a small case, not ITX something, something like microATX mid tower

I would need a DVD/CD drive too.
Thanks alot, you guys are great !

Here you go. It is about 35 pounds over budget though. But I used all high quality parts, and it is ready to just add another 270x for crossfire in the future.

If you could up your budget another 50 pounds to £500, I think this build would be very much worth the extra money.

The PSU is overkill
There is no point in buying this HDD as a 1TB Barracuda costs less (£35) while mantaining the speed.
This case is expensive for a microATX, you could easily strecth the price by going with a worse one (as some of the features of this case are not needed)
The CAS of that RAM is too large considering that he will be using Photoshop.

Of course its more power than needed for a one 270x. But he said he wants to run another GPU in the future. With this unit, he won't have to buy a more powerful PSU when he does go Crossfire.

You are absolutely correct on the HDD. I would rather pay the extra £2.50 and get a Caviar Blue by Western Digital though.

The case was the least expensive microATX case I could find that's available in the UK on PCPartspicker.

I'm not sure what you mean by "CAS". I chose this RAM because the cheapest 8 gigs of ram that comes as 2X4GB sticks is £55...the Patriot signature series, and they are only 1333MHz. So why not spend £5 more and get the very nice G.Skill Ripjaw X series at 2133MHz. Seems like money well spent to me.

I did also notice I can get the Gigabyte GA-990XA-UD3 for only £1.18 more, and it comes with USB 3.0. Here is my updated build though.

Generally I wouldn't mind if SSD is not in this PC cause of budget, thanks guys alot for helping me and sorry for late response, I wouldn't be really needing a 8gb ram cause right now I have DDR2 4gb ram and it is good for me, DDR3 4gb ram would be really good and enough for me and we can save some money and later on If needed i would toss in another 4gb stick :) For case I want its dimensions to be around something 430mm x 200-220mm x (any height ), I want a case to look good with a side windows if possible, that would be great, and a compact case as you may guess cause I have a cabinet kind of thing in my table to keep the pc and that is not that big, these are the table's cpu's cabinet size : 440mm depth , front 230mm and height 640mm, so the case should fit in that, CASE SHOULD ALSO HAVE A DESCENT CABLE MANAGEMENT SETUP AND DUST FILTERS BECAUSE IT IS A LOT OF DUST IN MY HOUSE. As far as HDD goes fit in a 1tb if it is cheap I was just saying that the space 250gb is enough for me and 500 is good, also i have a question why doesn't people prefer the MSI gaming series mobo like the Z87M gaming mobo from MSI or something like that ? What are the pros and cons of having gigabyte, MSI or asus's mobos. And which is better sapphire or MSI r9 270x pros and cons ??? I AM REALLY SORRY FOR BEING SUCH A NOOB, IT IS MY FIRST REAL GAMING RIG OR THE GAMING RIG FOR THIS STANDARD(GOOD STANDARD ) :)
YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME AND REALLY COOL
