Hello,

I've been out of the PC game for a very long time and my brother is wanting me to build his PC. Here is what I've come up with. If you don't mind taking a look and suggesting any changes (CPU?). It should run Fornite, yeah? (Even the i3 8100?). The link below is a pic of my Newegg cart.

Approximate Purchase Date: ASAP
Budget Range: $850
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Fornite) and general use (surfing the internet, youtube videos, checking email, etc)
Are you buying a monitor: Yes
Parts to Upgrade: need everything
Do you need to buy OS: Yes
Please note that if you're using an OEM license of Windows, you will need a new one when buying a new motherboard.
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: Newegg or Amazon
Location: Eugene, OR
Parts Preferences: None
Overclocking: No
SLI or Crossfire: No
Your Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080

Suggested changes for CPU, GPU , Ram, and windows 10. To have more control over updates get windows 10 pro. There has been issues with G.skills ram on MSI motherboards I suggest using a different brand of ram just in case.

Thanks for the reply but those parts put the build over budget by $280. Is there anything you recommend to keep the price around $850? (i know it's tough due to having to get windows/monitor, etc). I'll look into different RAM. What about the CPU? Ryzen 5 are at like $160
