Question Thoughts on Arctic freezer i13x

I currently have i7 870 and i will get i3 10100f so im wondering is it an overkill or there is something cheaper that would work for this. I live in Serbia so prices may vary

I3-10100F will come with a perfectly adequate stock cooler.
Use the cooler money to buy the non F version which is a good insurance policy in case of a discrete gpu issue.
If you are not gaming, integrated is all you need.

I have used i3-10100 in several builds and found it to be a very quick processor. A very good upgrade over a I7-870.

Im thinking about gammax 200t since i need to replace this asap and im in a local store do you think its good enough?

What is "this" that you need to replace?
The gammax 120mm size fan is good, but the two heat pipes are very weak.
Surely there are better options.

Is there something wrong with whatever cooler you are now using on the I&-870?
