Question Thoughts on ASUS RTX 3070 Megalodon compared to other GPUs?

How is the performance of ASUS RTX 3070 Megalodon compared to other 3070 or similar GPUs at the same price point? Is it worth it? I found one for about $330 brand new.

CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
CPU cooler: AK500 Digital
Motherboard: MSI B550-PRO Wifi
Ram: 2x16gb T-Force 3600mhz
SSD/HDD: Samsung 970 Evo 500gb, Teamgroup MP33 Pro 1TB, 2pcs HDD 1TB
GPU: ASUS RX 580 2048sp 8gb (this is now broken)
PSU: Cougar VTE 600w 80+ Bronze
Chassis: Fantech Aero cg80 (Mid-Tower chassis)
OS: Windows 10
Monitor: Acer 27" NITRO ED270 XBMIIPX 240hz (main), N-Vision 27" 75hz (secondary)

I am from the Philippines and I can squeeze about $350 to $400 max budget for my GPU. I know I need to upgrade my PSU as well. I will do that once I decided what to get for my GPU. Though, ultimately, I was gonna buy a 850w gold rated PSU first, but then my GPU failed on me

Factor in the cost of a new power supply too, that Cougar won't cut it. If you're in the US, lowest price for decent 750w is about $100.

This may or may not be important to you depending on how flexible your budget is.

And a sensible person would be buying that new power supply FIRST.

Thank you for your input. I would definitely include a new PSU in my budget, I don't want to risk it upon thinking about it. However, back to my original question, any thoughts from the Asus RTX 3070 Megalodon for $330 brand new? Are there any other GPUs that is more worth it at the same price point?

This model looks to be a region-specific product. Most of those who visit or frequent this site aren't going to be familiar with it.
