Ok I posted asking what to do about Upgrading my PCs hardware, since then I've been looking at a new build from the ground up (Everything New in it). Here is what I've gotten so far.
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4770K 3.50 GHz 8MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1150 (All Venom OC Certified)
MEMORY: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR3/2133MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair Vengeance)
MOTHERBOARD: ASRock Z87 Extreme4/TB4 ATX w/ Intel Thunderbolt, Xfast Technologies, Intel GbLAN, 3 PCIe x16 (2 Gen3, 1 Gen2), 1 PCIe x1, 2 PCI
VIDEO: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti 3GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card (EVGA Superclocked Edition)

I need to know if this is good enough for streaming and gaming, I just need to know before dropping over $2,700 on this.

Solution
8GB is more than enough but seeing as you're going to use those programs you can use 16GB although you won't really need it.
Your power supply? And if you're only gaming, streaming and not doing a lot of demanding video editing, I'd suggest you downgrade to a i5 4670k to save a few dollars. But other than that it looks pretty good.

Its a 750 watt PSU. I went with the 4770k is cause im going for all new gear inside of it.

Im planning to use Photoshop, FRAPS, xSplit, AE, and Vegas. It just that Im a youtuber and trying to make it good for mostly anything. Will 8 gb of RAM run all of those programs?
