I am looking to get into pc gaming. Here is my build.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor

CPU Cooler: Is stock cooler ok?

Motherboard: MSI Z170A SLI PLUS ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory

Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive. Or I might be able to use a hard drive from my ps4 and save money.

Video Card: Gtx 960 2 gb or 960 4gb or GTX 1060.

Case: Deepcool TESSERACT SW ATX Mid Tower Case or NZXT s340.

Power Supply: EVGA 650W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply or I can save money and go for the Thermaltake 750W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply.

Operating System: Windows 10

I really need help with build. I would love to keep it under $800 but I would like to have a gtx 1060 in it.

Solution
Their no reason to get the Z170 motherboard with that processor.
The GTX 1060 puts you just a tad over budget.

Solution
I think you'll really regret not putting in a SSD. The performance is so much better than the HDD. You can find decent TLC 240GB drives in the $65 to $75 range and 480GB+ SSD's in the $110 to $130 range. After putting an SSD in my recent build, I'm not going back to HDD's except for long term, large storage (such as a NAS).
