[SOLVED] Thoughts on first build?

With all the time I'm now spending at home I thought I'd look at building a PC, I do live in Malta so it is not the easiest place in the world to get parts delivered to begin with, even before the current madness.

I am purely novice and any advice on the build below would be appreciated (Probably best to ignore the pricing to, although I have a rough budget of approx. 1,000Euros for the build).

motherboard might need bios update to work with 3000 series

Best to change the motherboard? not sure I'd be able to update.

MSI tomahawk MAX board or an x570 will work out of the box
