You could go with an i5 4670 quad core if you just plan on gaming and want to decrease the price. And you could drop down to a sub $150 or even sub $100 motherboard along with doing that. If you want to overclock the i5 4670 you could get the i5 4670k, but if you don't plan on overclocking it, then you could save money by either going with just the stock cpu cooler or maybe a $20 after market one.
I would suggest going with a better hard drive, something that is at least 7200rpm instead of the 5400rpm one you selected.
