thoughts on gtx 960

So i plan to upgrade my 7850 to a gtx 960. Would this card be a good upgrade? Im not planning on overclocking or anything just want it to last for a long time. Thanks!

edit: i play league of legends, csgo, stream movies/music $200 budget

what's the gpu clock speed on your 7850?

The 960 is ~29% ahead of the 7850, which is just at the edge of what I would consider a worthwhile upgrade.
I would save up more and look into a 970 class card to get your money's worth.

I am currently using a 960 with a i7 , and it does great in just about all games at Ultra. I would highly recommend either the MSI or the EVGA models , Gigabyte would also be good if you got the G1 Gaming Series with 3 coolers if you would like better cooling (Although EVGAs ACX 2.0 and 2.0+ are very very good at cooling aswell)

The 290 is vastly ahead of the 960, and the 970 is a far margin ahead of the 290.
