Thoughts on Intel Celeron Quad Core N2920

Well, I saw a laptop on a store once running an Intel Celeron Quad Core CPU, n2920 with 1.80GHz clock speed. I was fairly surprised to spot a Quad core Celeron, and I wanted to discuss this with some of you - Is this processor actually good?

PS: I currently own the laptop with this processor, but being dumb I wanted more professional answers since many *Cough* Celeron haters *Cough* throw negative reviews about these processors.
The laptop speed is amazing, and the computer is really responsive. In fact, its running "Almost" the same as my friends i3 laptop. It may be due to its new age, but yeah.

Well i3's have changed alot of the years.

It's interesting, but here's the thing. Cores don't mean anything. Ghz don't mean anything either.

I feel that it's kinda pointless to have a quad core in a laptop, as I doubt you're even doing any multi threaded applications with it.
