Thoughts on Low-End Build?

Hi people, im in the process of picking parts for a gaming build for my brother in law. Currently, this is what i have. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4Vg2D3
I cannot go over $525 excluding shipping, and already have a monitor. anyone care to make revisions? id prefer to keep the 860k, unless you can find a similar priced 4-core. other than that, i will gladly take suggestions!

Do you also have ram? because there's none in the list. You need a better PSU, the one that comes with that case is junk(as in get close with your insurance guy, because it might burn your house down junk). Unfortunately once you add ram and a better PSU the budget is shot and you are going to have to sacrifice either the gpu or the cpu. Even after using a less expensive motherboard, removing the optical drive(you can install windows with a usb key), and a different mouse and keyboard its still going to be a bit over $525. http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ksBwbv
You'd have to drop down to a 260x to keep it in the budget.

i would go with the r9 280 for 20$ more as it will greatly improve gaming performance.

Where are your PSU and RAM? Im assuming you own them but tell us what the PSU is.
