Thoughts on MSI GTX 970 Gaming 100ME

Hello everyone,
I was just wondering what your guys' thoughts are on this graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127850. The 100ME costs $10 more than the regular MSI Gaming GTX 970 and comes with a nice backplate, something that the original was lacking. I've read solid reviews on the MSI GTX 970 Gaming and have heard that it overclocks like crazy (1500MHz+!). Does anybody have the MSI GTX 970 Gaming, and what are your thoughts on it? Should I wait for the R9 3XX series graphics cards before buying a new one? Any input around this graphics card or any other related models is great.

Dude. I have not a msi gtx 970.. but i know everybody thought its a good card.. but msi is not well than asus.. asus beats msi in benchmark.. asus direct Cu II Technology is better than msi...
Anybody know r9 3xx series is best... but it depend on you what you buy ?? If you has wait for r9 3xx. Its better for you.. otherwise if you don't wait than gtx 970 is a best graphics card.. it beats r9 290x...

Lol DC2 beats msi....lol i hope you are a noobie boobie noob.and the next thing is r9 3xx has better specs but nothing can beat the cards like nvidia... for your information ..im not a fanboy of nvidia!!! Just frustrated from the amd cards ive been using.
My first upgrade iin nvidia side is the the new gtx 970 ME 100....it just works like a charm....
